"Clean office and friendly staff. Much different than the other LabC___. My issue is with billing and insurance. AEL miscoded the lab work resulting in insurance refusing to pay. My insurance told me what the correct code should be. I then contacted physician’s office to ensure they used correct code. Physician resubmitted correct code to AEL, but AEL would not refile with insurance, leaving me to pay the bill. Not good customer service!"

"The receptionist was not prepared and was on a call when she started asking me questions and wouldn't let me finish a sentence or ask her the question I needed to know . The young lady that drew my blood took over and was great at her job."

"I had to take my 4yr old to get blood drawn (first time) so obviously she was petrified. The two ladies who took her blood were very nice and accommodating even though my child screamed the entire time. My only issue with this location was the white lady who sat at the check in desk. After the blood draw was done and the two ladies walked out of the room, one of them told me to take my time while I tried to calm my crying child. So that’s what I did as I didn’t want to bring her out while she’s still having a fit. Well, as I’m consoling my child, the same lady from the desk came back in a very annoyed manner and proceeded to tell me we have to go because they have patients waiting. I nodded “ok” and she walked off while asking the others “how many cars are outside?” So I picked my child up and as I’m gathering my things I see her AGAIN, not even 30 seconds after she just walked off, to look to see if I was preparing to leave. She walked off and didn’t say anything. I felt she was very unnecessary and lacked compassion considering the stressful situation my child had just gone through. She could have had a little more tact in asking us to leave instead of acting as though we were such a burden. And by the way, I went outside and only one other car was outside which was the same one there prior to my arrival."

"Let me start off by saying I'm a phlebotomist. So I was order to take my 2 year old over there. I explained to the ordering doctor I'm a phlebotomist I can do it. He told me I couldn't do it, so I had my son father take him bc I had to work. He took him at 7am in the morning. The phlebotomist there had my son father call me and say she couldn't get his blood bc she needed help. Ok my first question is why are yall even open? So when I get home my child's father said the phlebotomist was freaking out and told him she had to do 5 sticks. I'm beyond frustrated & this is so unprofessional of them. I'm sorry this is not a professional lab at all!! And if my son doctor continue to use this lab, I will find another doctor. I feel bad I had to leave this bad review! But when the phlebotomist said it's not my fault your child wont be still!! Things would have went different if I was there.."
