"I've been going there for years. I mostly play lottery and over that time all the staff have been very knowledgeable, I would give them all 5 stars. But this one young lady is dumb as a box of rocks. I asked for 5 plays on Hoosier Lotto, same ticket, pretty self-explanatory; right. Not for for this young lady. The first time it happened I wasn't that upset, anybody can make a mistake, she give me individual tickets. It's not the end of the world but I hate checking all those tickets. I play more than that one game and she did the same thing with those ticket too. The second time, just a little more irritating; this time letting her know but taking the tickets away. But I should have known she was not familiar with what I was asking for when she looked very confused after a showed her tickets from a different store done correctly. Since I like the store I figured I would try again, hopefully someone else would be working, NOT! . I went through the same process, this time I asked her "if you don't know how to do it just tell me" and she admitted she didn't. She needs more training on how to use this very simple machine."
