"Dr.Wisenhunt advised me to get therapy or surgery. Since he wouldn't provide me with paperwork for fmla I was put on LWOP. Lost INS through the state. Now im on retirement/disability making less than 1/2my pay & can barely walk. At a complete loss & in extreme pain. I'd advise to go somewhere else"

"Dr Ryan is a great surgeon, however the staff isn’t helpful or knowledgeable when it comes to VA patients. I was instructed to leave a message with with 2 different people bc the reception desk didn’t know how a VA referral works, nor did they care to get out of their seat to ask a question. All I get is Transfer- hold, Transfer- hold, then please leaving a message. Well I did…….and never got a call back from either person."

"Staff are very unprofessional from it taking 6 weeks to even get an appointment scheduled to front end staff cusing each other infront of patients. Dr. Was short and uninformative. No call back when you call for questions because of course no one is ever at work. Worst experience I have ever had in the medical field by far and I have been a nurse longer than the doctor has been a doctor. I would not dare trust them to do my surgery that is needed. And once you do get into the office for an appointment expect to sit in the lobby for about 2 hours before being seen for 10 minutes or less."

"I’m just trying to figure out what exactly does Megan do for scheduling appointments for Dr. Cho. It seems as if scheduling an appointment for an upcoming surgery is a very complex and challenging task to accomplish. My husband is a 100 percent service- connected disabled veteran and has been living in pain to avoid having back surgery. He recently had an appointment with Dr. Cho and we literally waited 1.5 hrs in the waiting room before finally being called to the back for a 10 am appointment. Upon completion of our appointment Megan was unavailable to schedule the appointment for surgery because she was in clinic. The same clinic that we waited in for an extended period of time. I called back later and I was sent to her voicemail. I left several messages the next day and still no response back to schedule my surgery. Dr. Cho seems to be wonderful and very professional, but it’s been a nightmare to get Megan to even respond to any of my voicemails to schedule my appointment. It is very unprofessional to not respond or at least acknowledge a patient that is needing healthcare services. I’ve worked in healthcare for many years and I know how patients feel when they are ill and need a friendly face with a caring spirit to help them get better. This was truly an unprofessional experience outside of the practice just being short staffed. Respectfully,"

"I had Back surgery on the 8th of March of 2022 at Jackson hospital in Montgomery Alabama. My Doctor was Dr.Derrick Cho. This was my second back surgery,the first was done out of state. From the first time I met Dr.Cho he made me feel very comfortable. I was well informed on the the procedure,Thoracic and Lumbar Fusion.. Prior to the surgery I had numbness in both legs,and severe back pain. I spent two days in the hospital,and had started to walk the halls with very little pain. I have not had to take any kind of pain medicine,and after almost 2 months of light duty I have returned back to work to continue my career Thank you very much for the care you and your staff showed me. Im highly pleased with the outcome"
