"Recently Terminex has caused my parents so many problems one being they will randomly give a a timeframe of arrival. Instead of a time point. And say if we get there knock a couple times you aren't there to answer door they just leave. They cause my parents financial losses in gas and time just trying to make it to our house. After reaching out to their manager he only tried to minimalize all responsibility on us. They would come out and supposedly refill and baits and they weren't we still had ants. We also had a bad wasp problem and the whole time they were supposedly taking care of it my mom was stung more than once by nests on porch. Also when you would expect them to go around and see if there are any nests forming under water gutters or roof rims. We consistently would find them alive and well fully intact after they left. They are scam artists and treated my parents with utter disrespect. They refused to compensate for the losses and then after all said is done . Didn't even finish the job they were supposed to do to help them sell house saying we are a liability because I called them out on it. I'm just writing this to warn anyone thinking of doing business with Terminex out of Bloomington owen county area. God Bless Hebrews 12"

"they never call a head of time to say they are coming to inspect....the last two times they came they never even went under the house to inspect...they just walked around the house and said all looks good...and they just keep raiseing the yearly rates....so if I ever do have a problem I worry about will they really make it right?"

"I’d give them a 0 star if it was allowed. We used the Bloomington,IN office and have had NOTHING but an awful experience from day one. The first technician must not have known I was watching on the security cameras. But literally entered my home with a sandwich in his hand, no plate, walking throughout my house eating! Sorry but that’s so unprofessional. Second, the schedule was trash and they lacked communication on ALL LEVELS. Lastly, when I called and complained right off the bat and they refused to give money back or even DISCOUNT ….. I was furious. To top it off… after having them several times to correct an issue… ITS STILL NOT FIXED AND They now want me to repay for services BUT THEY WILL DISCOUNT ME $600 since this issue wasn’t solved the first time and we used their service previously. The inspector that came today was probably THE BEST thing about any interaction we’ve had with this company so kudos to Chris! He did inform us a lot in that building is changing and the technician that did our house was let go - WHICH NEEDED TO HAPPEN- but unfortunately it’s to late and I WILL NOT pay another dime to them to fix an issue that SHOULD have already been fixed the first time we paid. Want advice- seek another company because this one is a waste of your time and money."
