"Hands down the worst company I have ever done business with. I gave 1 star because you have to at least give that. What was supposed to be an exciting 2 week project has gone on for 7 mos now and is still not finished. 3 Kings will send dangerous violent meth addicts, and mentally unstable incompetents (who they themselves don't even know), to work in your home. They will also damage your property, and violate your privacy. The first guy they sent was arrested for attemped murd3r on his wife in the middle of my project. This was AFTER he began calling me late at night. Terrifying!! That is just one example. The only positive was a gentleman named Jesse and his son, who were talented and hard working. The incompetence, dishonesty, delays, and abuse have been horrific to the point that I have retained The Podlasky Firm, and am currently in the process of suing 3 Kings. I was recently discussing this with a top realtor who told me that he may also sue them over the awful work they performed on his new build. I was sold on the mom and pop family busines facade, And I paid dearly for that. I still won't go to my (unfinished) house alone, because I'm still afraid of being there after everything that happened. Check public records to see how this plays out in court, or ask around. You will likely hear multiple accounts of 3 Kings nightmares. If you hire them, good luck and stay safe."

"The team at 3Kings Flooring delivered the best customer service experience I've had in a while! Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and efficient during the entire process. Jeffrey and his team of installers were meticulous, punctual, friendly and communicated throughout the install. I have used other flooring companies in the past, but 3Kings is the best by far and has definitely won my future business. He is so kind, professional and worked so hard to make our kitchen look amazing! It was a challenging job because our 95 yr old house is not square or level. "We recently purchased a house built in 92' and it needed a full bath remodel. I couldn't find anyone who would do it without crazy sub contractor fees or what felt like a rip off. Todd and 3 Kings flooring replaced all the flooring in my home and also stated that they can do baths as well. We are so happy with the work that they completed, our bathroom feels like a hotel and the sub contractor he had do the tile work was so professional and knew what he was doing. He also was able to readily find someone to work on building custom cabinets for the bathroom as well and we love it. All in all the project took 2 month and we have a completed finished bathroom. I would recommend 3 kings for bathroom remodels in the future."
