"I have been a patient of Dr. Fleck for over 20 years. She is amazing and one of the best doctors I have ever had. However, the girl at the front desk is rude and uncaring. I had to wait months for an appointment. I drove 6 hours from where I live for my appointment only to be told when I got there that I was not seeing Dr. Fleck because it had been 3 years since I had been there. That I was no longer a patient. She said that she told me when I made the appointment but I was never told that. I would not have driven 6 hours to see someone else. I would have just seen a urologist where I live. I turned around and walked out in tears."

"Love Dr. Fleck. She is very caring but the group as a whole leaves much to be desired. It took me over 4 months to get an appointment and then when the day of the visit came I waited for almost 3 hours to see Dr. Fleck and the staff member I was also supposed to see was not available. There was plenty of time for me to have seen the staff member as well as Dr. Fleck if the front staff had done there job and even though Dr. Fleck was behind seeing patients, I could have had my visit with the staff and then sent back to wait for Dr. Fleck. Again, love Dr. Fleck, the staff needs MUCH improvement. Also, even though it was not my fault it was after 5 pm when I was finished, the checkout staff was extremely rude and no one wanted to check me out "or they would be there even later"."
