"This Kroger pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with They honestly do not have a clue of what is going on they will give your medicine to people that are not authorized to get it. This one certain pharmacy tech will tell you your medicine will be ready at a certain time then you go even later just to make sure it's ready. Than you go to pick it up and she will look at you like she is confused and tell you that it's not ready believe me I am so glad to be away from this pharmacy GOODBYE!!!"

"I don't know who or what runs this pharmacy but there is not a day that goes by where there is not 10-12 people in line. I set up an appointment for the little clinic and there is ONE person without a brain running the show. I have been in there sick, have my appointment confirmation code and all and said I was not in system. Not sure if they just want to sit in the chair all day or what but THIS KROGER IS WORTHLESS when it comes to customer service! Don't waste your breath or gas even attempting to call or go there. Im sure nothing will be done because of the carelessness. A deaf blind person can give better service than this.."

"The staff and Pharmacist are always friendly and helpful. I understand that they are understaffed. And yes, it is sometimes inconvenient that the drive thru is not open. But understand that the ones who are there are working their hind ends off to help us. Be patient. Be kind! It sure goes a long way"
