"This place wants everyone to touch the nasty touch screens but require a mask. Come on get with the program. The nasty touch screens are way worse than someone breathing that is not sick. And the patient advocate thinks that it is fine to speak to a minor without their parent there. So not cool. In this state there is no mask mandate anymore now maybe these businesses need to get on board. I didn’t choose this business in all honesty I would much rather not use any uppity business associated with Baptist Health. Also when the appointment was made they could have advised of their mask mandate policy so I could have asked to be sent anywhere else. But no they just want to fleece the insurance companies and people who have no choice where to go. Shoot as many times as they reach out prior to appointment they could have said something."
"I was due for Mamagraphy and was a little concerned as to if changes had been made to lessen the pain. It has and there absolutely was no pain. The women were exceptional, and the whole procedure was done from my wheelchair."
"This was my first time getting imaging done here. I came from South Dakota and had wonderful experiences where they actually care about customer experience being#1. When I came here for my MRI, it was awful. Paperwork, waiting longer than my appt time, and not great customer service. Finally got called and went inside to the mobile MRI and it was freezing. Would have been nice for a weighed blanket. She had to poke me twice bc she couldn't get my veins, and also had to fill out more paperwork! Get your stuff together, Montgomery! I have not had great customer service at all since I moved here in July!"
"Jan 2022 I've using Carmichael imaging occasionally over the yrs but since now I've been dx stage 4 cancer this past year has been frequent scans. The staff here is Awesome! I always see a familiar person & turn over of staff is a rare, that means a lot. They don't rush u in - out, take time to explain what they're doing & ask questions. Its extremely clean, they clean areas of testing after each use. Convenient as its connected to MCC. Never have to move your car. TY for helping with my care & making me feel at ease."
