"First off I have now spoken to three different employees at this company, Ethan, Riley & Brian, each of them was polite and professional. In spite of that I do not feel that this company is really very Motivated. We supposedly had a 1:00 PM Zoom appointment scheduled for today, after not receiving an email with the Zoom link I called, got voicemail. I left a message and soon someone returned my call telling me that their manager was trying to get the Zoom to work and would call me shortly. A few minutes later, the manager called asking if instead I could do 'Facetime'. I said no, I can't do Facetime as I do not have an iPhone. He then said well, since he could not get the Zoom to work we could just do a phone walk through where he would take detailed notes. !?!! So he expected me to spend possibly hours walking through my home telling him item by item? Ridiculous. If you as a company are not familiar with something say like Zoom, perhaps is would make sense to practice with a Zoom call the day before. Better yet, maybe have your employees do a Zoom call every week just so you stay up-to-day and to familiarize yourselves with that platform."
