"Every single time I order an express delivery package through FedEx, it NEVER arrives on time. The sole reason for that is the Birmingham Sort Facility. It never fails. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It gets stuck at this facility for days with no type of movement. Please, for all love that is Holy, shut this facility down. They’re barely working anyway and my packages are proof of this."

I had 1 honest customer service person tell me it was either destroyed or stolen. Unfortunately FedEx keeps telling the shipper its out for delivery, therefore the shipper won't refund or ship another one. FedEx Birmingham sucks!"
