"It's Dr. Morrow & Dr. Sherrer on the sign now, at Jackson Urology Clinic - East. Staff was nice, and Dr. Sherrer conducts the best, most painless vasectomy I've ever had."

"I visited Dr. Morrow's office today, during the COVID-19 pandemic in which Alabama is averaging 1,500-2,000 new cases per day, and Montgomery County's last daily report was 105. I had been assured, prior to my appointment, that the staff would be masked. When I arrived, however, the only person wearing a mask was the nurse who showed me to my room. Neither the check-in/check-out staff (who unavoidably are less than six feet away from patients), nor Dr. Morrow when he examined me, were wearing masks. The mask I was wearing protected them, not me. Under the circumstances, I think this conduct was highly irresponsible and shows both lack of concern and lack of judgment. Wanting to get in and out as soon as possible, I said nothing at the time. I did call later that morning, left a complaint with Dr. Morrow's head nurse, and was assured that she would discuss the matter with him."

"Zero help.. went in letting him know I had two cyst and they want getting larger.. no new tests to see or anything. Just looked at them and a ultrasound FROM 2 YEARS AGO. And sent me on my way. I would never recommend this practice to any males that have issues. Total waste of time. And the only reason I chose him is because of his high rating which is wrong...."
