"Absolutely horrible daycare, have no respect for the children or parents, gang up on children and do not treat all children the same"

"My daughter comes home with bites and scratches and diaper rash daily despite my many conversations with her teachers and directors. I’ve even provided her own diapers and cream bc she’s allergic to their diapers. Their rooms are always way out of ratio and they treat their teachers very poorly. They make the older kids vacuum and clean the building at the end of the day and have kids running around all over the place. They threaten to take the children to the bathroom out of camera view when they’re not listening. As a parent I will not be letting my child back there and would advise against enrolling your children there. The directors lie to the parents about what happens with their children and promise to fix things but don’t actually do anything about the issues. As a former teacher there I advise against applying to work there unless you wanna be paid 13 an hour to take care of 20 kids by yourself all day with no help."

"My Granddaughter was biten twice, a incident report was given for only one of the bites but not the other...they didn't even know it happened...she was scratched in her face twice with no incident report given....the next week when my daughter picked her up she had a knot above her eye...the teachers had no clue what happened....My daughter wasn't going to take her back after that but the Daycarel called several times asking for another chance....After keeping her home for a week...My daughter takes her back....the teacher doesn't even speak or acknowledge her....And then... NO ONE CHANGED MY GRANDDAUGHTERS DIAPER ALL DAY!!!! (from 6:30am-4pm) SHE CAME HOME WITH THE SAME EXACT DIAPER ON (They supply diapers which are a different brand) BUT HER DIAPER WAS SOAKING WET!!!!!! AND SHE ALSO WAS THE ONLY CHILD WITHOUT A CHAIR AT SNACK TIME!!!!!!! When my daughter confronted the teacher...SHE LAUGHED!!! When my daughter told the Manager - Her Response - What do you want me to do????? PACK HER STUFF UP... SHE AIN'T COMING BACK!!!!!!! VERY NEGELECTFUL AND NONCHALANT STAFF!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE GETS ZERO STAR... THEY TRULY SUCK!!!!!!!!!"

"I am only giving this daycare a 1 star just to write a review. This place is horrible! My son was there for 2 days in this facility. Never was I shown how to clock in/out. The door code did not work. Infants who can not turn, crawl or walk are on their belly all day long. Infants fall asleep on the floor and they take forever to pick them up and put them in their crib. Also employees are so lazy to walk to each child to their assigned crib that they make infants share cribs! Infants are not being stimulated in any type of way! What really bothered me was how employees show they careless about these infants. An employee walked into the infant room without her shoes covered, even though there is a sign stating to cover your shoes! She walked all over the carpet where infants are laid on. When I spoke to the director Tiffany, she didn’t care to even address the fact her employee are not following simple guidelines as covering their shoes. All she cared to say I’m sorry it didn’t work out. I saw all this through their SproutAbout live-streaming camera app. No wonder why they have open spots for their infant program, which they only take 8 infants as I was told by Tiffany. Worst place! Do not take your child here! Their $352 a week for an infant is not worth one bit! When your infant is not being stimulated to meet his/her milestones!"

"We paid 250 per week for my child to play all day at a level 4 center. I want to pay that for learning not to watch frozen and play on the playground all day everyday. I’m trying to teach letters, numbers, shapes and reading every night basically without the help of the center so most of the information wasn’t being retained. We got a price increase every 3-4 months without complaints and my child learned nothing from them. Then when I signed her out of the school I heard the teacher in the 1 year old classroom yelling at a 1 year old for crying."
