"Last friday no one came to pick up the trash, yet on website mentioned service delivered. Call 10s of time and promised service will be provided on Monday (today). Yet, with no service they posted service delivered. Emailes 2,3 wm sites. Yet, no response. Got response back today from selma station, yet, so irresponsible. Atleast post true statement on website. Don’t just email that service has been provided. Are your drivers working from home?"
"I am writing this email regarding service not received on July 14, 2023, Friday, yet on the website it had been posted as service delivered. It had happened a couple of times in the past as well. Attached is the picture which has been caused due to WM negligence. And, as a customer when it happens on our part, like trash overflow, we are charged extra in the name of environmental hazard. And when WM does it, what consequence should it face?"
"So far, we have not had an issue. Trash is always picked up, side bags if any, and small amounts of yard debris. Drivers get out of their trucks and pick up what the machine doesn't. I find that above and beyond the call of duty!"
"Almost impossible to reach if there's an issue, trash pickup is almost never on specified day, charge extra for reasons not specified or if the company doesn't send a bill, but they'll make sure you get the past due notice and won't ammend the problem even if you have proof of problem."
