"Traveling on the road after working a full day. Stopped To stretch my legs and get a hot beverage. Ordered from the kiosk, paid, and had no issues. 30 minutes later no beverage and got an attitude from the evening manager when I Requested a refund. Not able to fully identify where the breakdown in operational execution of services occurred, nonetheless there were three People waiting in the lobby for food. When I finally walked out, there was at least 30. Poor management of resources, personnel, and expectation management of customers. Don’t stop at this McDonald’s."

"I would give them a 0.5 stars if possible i ordered my food online through their app and i ordered a double cheeseburger deluxe with fries and a large cup with a small oreo frappe but they gave me my food once they finished everything and my food was cold!! Fries and burger were cold and they even forgot my drink like wow! I would suggest to fire everyone at that franchise and hire serious people who really pay attention to orders!! Do not forget to check your receipts if you dont want your things to go missing this was my 5th time getting my food cold i can only imagine the doordash orders they do when handing them out!!! If every food place do thia might as well just buy ingredients to do it at home!! Unacceptable!!"
