"Food is decent and staff is always apologetic. However the excuse for the food never being ready on time is that they only have one oven. This has been an ongoing issue for at least 3 months. I can appreciate the employees aren’t responsible for this, but the owner of the store is moving toward less business from our family. I don’t want to wait 30+ minutes past the time it says it’ll be ready to pick up my order."
"Today at the Selma, Al Domino's location, I was sold one clearly burnt order of Cheesy Bread & one almost burnt Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread. I tried calling twice but was disconnected. Upon returning to the store, manager James Steele Jr was extremely rude. He asked what do you want me to do with it, I can't do nothing with that. My response was the same as his. He stated that it wasn't burnt. As I told him. I have ordered this same item numerous times so I know how it should look. After going back and forth with him, He was telling me to take it and leave. I told him to keep it. He continued to be totally unprofessional as I was leaving. This is my first and last complaint because I won't be returning and I will continue to share my experience on social media. Please check your items before you leave. I see there are other complaints regarding this same little person."
"This is the third time we ordered on line . We ordered for five people each time None of my pizzas were correct. . I'm in bed sick so i had someone to pick up our orders so orders weren't checked order"
"My pizza has always been good & hot. The staff is great. I've found that they were taught well at this location. Plus, i love that their hair is secure and not in my food."
