They came out to tow the truck and trailer from the side of the road, drove me to a motel, provided suggestions for mechanics, and also followed up with me to see if I was able to find a mechanic that would be able to help me out. "They towed my car after car accident, gave me business card and told me to call insurance to let them know where my car was. I contacted my insurance next day and gave told McAdams towing company that is ok to release my vehicle to my insurance appraiser. I asked for my license plate that is actually personified, and they stated they will sent in the mail. Well , did not receive my plate yet even my insurance called 4 times. So I called today and THE OWNER HUNG UP ON ME! Yes!! He told me he don’t know nothing about it, told me to call office, I tried tell him that I did and my insurance as well but he hung up!! That behavior is unacceptable. We need better service and we deserve explanation if we have questions. Finally we are the customers and we deserve respect. I am shocked"

"Used them twice with my road side assistance program. They are great! Friendly and professional service. My only issue was the wait time, both times we waited over an hour...not sure of that was from using road side assistance or if they were just busy! But other than that would absolutely use them again."

"Very unprofessional! First the gentleman who called to confirm my tow tried to convince me not to take my car to the shop I was going to but to go to thier shop because they would give a good deal. He was nice so I paid it no mind. Next, he came to get my car and told my fiancèe and I that we could go ahead to our shop and he would meet us there with the car. The shop was literally 9 mins down the road. We sat and waited nearly 30 mins before we called the driver only for him to say he went and did a lock out and had another stop before he got to us and that we could just leave. I was fuming!!!! How do you tell a customer to meet you somewhere and then do something else before completed the job you are doing!? Then I called the manager who claims the driver didnt have the right address, however the driver had just told me he took another stop. The manager says he didn't take a stop and doesnt know why he said that. Everything about this company was very sketchy and incredibly unprofessional. I would NEVER suggest using them ever again. It was by far the worst towing experience I have ever had in my life."
