"I was a customer for many months and the technician, Daryl was great. However, when my next service came due for Oct 2023, I advised that I would be available the following month. The customer service lady (Jenny) in Winfield, AL told me that my service could only could only be pushed it to the end of October not the month of November. I am not sure what scientific method would have been impeded upon by a few days but it was never explained? Moreover, no one sitting in an office will decide things to do with my home, finances or even bugs! Someone needs to give that young lady some customer service courses or change your money-grubbing business model. ✌️"
"I hate complaining, but I feel like people should be aware of what they might get into with this company. They were great at first, but after I didn’t need them anymore, they apparently showed up one day (at a time when I wasn’t home and hadn’t asked them to come), sprayed the outside only, and billed me about $60 more than usual. I haven’t been willing to pay for that time since I didn’t request their service. That was about a year ago, and they still show up at my house pressuring us for money."
