"Took my 2 caps to have monogrammed. Her heat press for caps was tore up but I thought she was getting it fixed. She had them over 3 weeks and I had already paid. Won't answer phone or respond to messages. I went today and got my caps and refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not reccomend at all!"
