"This daycare has a mandatory 3 HOUR NAP TIME. They will not allow kids to get off their cot even if they are awake and will not give quiet time with books/toys for kids that are unable to sleep or wake up early. So the 3 to 5 year old are forced to lay on the cot for the entire 3 hours. They might say otherwise, but do not trust them. I have nothing bad to say about the teacher, but the management is horrible as several previous reviews mentioned. They will agree to something in person but change their mind later. Communication with the management was horrible, they don't reply to calls or emails. Teachers are overworked, underpaid and don't seemed happy there. If you were like me and wanted to go to this school because it was near your neighborhood...please go elsewhere and give your little ones a better place to thrive and learn."

"If I could give a zero star review I would. This seems like a great school. But sadly, the number one problem at this center is communication. You are told that you will get a call from the director, but she will never call you. No one will call you back. At this point I don’t even know if they have an actual director of the daycare. If so she needs to really prioritize her time better."

"This is the only day care we've used for our kids. We've been coming here for 5 or 6 years now. I'll always remember certain teachers as my favorites. Two of them are Rachael & Casey who take care of my youngest. They are super sweet and my son is absolutely in love with them (half the time he doesn't want to leave!) I like that they communicate with me about his day through pictures, messages or just talking to me! I feel that they truly care about him. I appreciate what they, and the other staff, do every day for my kids!"

"Love it here. Both infant rooms are wonderful. The teachers are so caring and always do what’s best for my son. Their system for taking care of each little one is great. They got my son on a great schedule and it helped us so much. You can tell the kids love their teachers and are comfortable with them. Love the fact they have cameras in each room so I can see my son any time of the day. But I never have to worry. They have great curriculum and even have baby yoga! Couldn’t be happier."

"We absolutely LOVE Children of America! All of the staff are amazing and love our children as much as we would hope for! We have kiddos in the infant room and preschool room and all of the teachers have taught our kids so many things, loved them, and encouraged them. Melissa, Vicki, Julie, Brittany, Emily, Maria, and Mr. Terry are all so amazing to our kids and they love them so much! The center always does special events that our kids love and its a great time to interact with their teachers as well! I highly recommend COA!"
