"I just pulled up this site to get their phone number - need to get a jacket for one of the kids now that the weather has turned cold... and saw the negative reviews. When we purchased school uniforms in August - the staff could not have been more helpful. I had 2 kids - boy and a girl and had 2 people helping run down pants / shirts / shorts /skirts - exchanging sizes etc. They turned a tedious chore with teenagers into a quick - productive experience. They called me the next day to pick up the shirts that had monogrammed as promised! The staff was great!"

"We have had reasonably good experiences with this store. The prices are quite high but the selection of styles and sizes in Montgomery is second to none. They will also assist you in determining what your school uniform is. They have plenty of dressing rooms to try on clothes and the staff is helpful and patient. We were able to get shirts embroidered the same day and it was free with the purchase of the shirt. That said, we went far before school started to get this done. If you wait until the week before school it will be a madhouse. We had to go to find an extra shirt for my daughter the first week of school and they actually had a sign where you walk in telling you to stay there until someone came to help you. We ignored it, went straight to the rack to get the shirt, paid and left."

"If I could get zero stars I would. Don't order online either. They send the order to the store and the store ships to your house if all items are in. I've been waiting for my order for 20 days and just found out they were sitting in the store because one item was missing. I had to go last week and buy more because school was starting when what I bought was sitting in a back room. They also charged my CC card 5 days after the order but still show the order as pending. The woman in line in front of me said, "I go do everything else then I come to Parker because the rest of the day is gone.""

"Place was awful. First girl I asked for assistance was clueless as far as products. Wanted me to sign in at the front even though I pointed out I didn't have my daughters with me. Yes they were extremely busy due to Saturday before school and computers going down. That aside their employees are very young and the ones that helped after first girl werr better. The first girls excuse for not knowing what pattern belonged to school i was asking for was that she only worked weekends. Useless."
