"I want to give a huge "shout out" to your Service Dept & specifically Ron (Honda technician), John Couch & Ryan Sample (Biggs) who went above & beyond all customer service aspects I have ever experienced. My Honda lawnmower refused to start at the end of the season as I was going to run out the gasoline. Oh well, knew I was gonna have you sharpen blades & check everything out before it was time to mow again. You discovered a crack in the block. And amazingly you took it upon yourself to contact Honda. Long story short, Honda covered a new engine & I am good to go this spring. THANK YOU!!"

"Buyer Beware!!! Purchased a preowned John Deere 1023e tractor. When I purchased it they sold the tractor with the full coverage factory warranty that the original owner purchased. When I went to exercise that warranty they told me sorry about your luck. They literally lured me in with the warranty and because they didn't do their job properly I am out of luck. It is not lost on me either that the cost of the tractor included the warranty as well, but they just simply don't care. If they don't care about this the dont care about their customer at all."
