"Our house was built and we closed April 2022. Kermans did our carpet. Less than two years later, the carpet is freying at the entrance of each carpeted room. You can see the concrete floor at two entrances near the transition strip. Burke Franklin took pics, admitted the carpet was too short said they'd reach out with next steps in a few days. Got an email from him saying it's our responsibility to pay for repair. DR HORTON hires sub par contractors."
"Jose from Kermans Flooring came by the house to repair some of the floor boards and did a fantastic job! He was very helpful in fixing the spaces in the floor that were leaking air. I would definitely recommend Jose and Kermans again!"
"Had 3 rooms carpeted and a permanent runner installed by Yovanny, Josian and Marlin. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves removed and put all the furniture back in a couple of hours. Quality of product is excellent as well. Thank you. Would definitely recommend!"
