"My pool started to turn greenish, I came to get algae killer. The store staff suggested to measure my pool first before and bring them sample of water to test - free of charge. I did, and they saw that chlorine level was zero, ph was low. Blake entered my pool measurements, address to their computer, sold me right chemicals and explained step by step what to do. Thank you."
"We have had nothing but problems from the guy that installed our pool. His name is Fred McMillan and he will not even return our calls. It’s been almost a month and we have to try to reach him on different phones every time. Then he does not answer the new number. Here are the problems we are having: (1) Pool steps were not level. (2). Leak around skimmer and fittings. He did return and fix the leak around the skimmer. When he leveled the pool steps he created another leak and will not return and fix it. Be careful who you choose to install your pool. Pioneer pools has tried to help us but we have had no results and may end up in court."
