They have always given me the correct information I've needed to get my pool back into shape. I recently had an issue with my pump and decided to use Leslie's pool service. The technician Greg was awesome, I explained the issue and he was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me some great advice on general maintenance. "So far I’m pretty disappointed. I dropped my robot off on a Saturday and was told they would have information for me Monday. I called Tuesday and was told there are 11 other robots before me and they will give me a call. It’s now Friday and I haven’t heard anything. I will edit my review with a final update as soon as everything is said and done. I work in sales and customer service so I know how easy it is to get backed up. But if you tell a customer you’ll let them know something in a day and 5 go by..."
