"Smarmy or dense can't figure out which but if they do not have a part and do not have an ETA they will still charge you for the item and then refuse to give a straight answer--apparently the company has no customer service manager that you can take it up with. Right now I have canceled my order and even that--they could not confirm nor give one straight anwer! Pay a few bucks more and skip this place."
