"This place is setup like a miniature fight club for kids. Management here is pathetic and so are ALL of the staff members. This place needs to be shut down and every employee needs to be charged with child endangerment!! This placed allowed my step daughter to get jumped by several girls and then they called and said it was an accident. I would love for DHR to put a stop to it but they won’t because DHR is behind most of the crooked ways as well."

"My daughter was physically assaulted multiple times. She was jumped, her hair was ripped out, and left beaten..other residents constantly came into her room without permission to destroy her personal belongings. She had little to no contact with the outside world. This place is the exact opposite of a "safety net" and needs to be shut down immediately!"

"Staff pushes the children against walls, allows other kids to beat and berate others without stepping in, nurses abuse the children as well. Overall, awful adults who are supposed to be taking care of these children and aren’t doing their jobs. Kids even have access to others rooms and sneak in to beat them. THE STAFF DOES NOT CARE!!"

"Infested with bed bugs to the point they were in the walls. When State DHR visited we were not allowed to speak to them to tell them our living conditions. Multiple staff walked on one night leading to a complete riot with multiple girls escaping ending in police holding us ALL in one room until they could calm everyone down because the staff failed to do so. Raw or undercooked food was served on the regular. Constantly berated by staff. Being told no one would ever love us and this would be the closest we ever got to being cared for in our life. if you want your child’s behavioral health to improve DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. There were also many inappropriate staff/resident relationships. Traumatized me more than it helped me."

"Food is horrible they treat residents like trash and don't breakup fights but if you defend yourself you have to restart the program. The only reason this place even got a star is because that's the lowest you can rate."
