"The staff is friendly at our Evansville store, but the furniture is not made to the quality that it use be. Our new couch and love seat are constantly creaking and jerking. We had to get a seat completely rebuilt and it took a year until we were somewhat satisfied. My parents and in-laws both bought new La-z-boy furniture and they had the same complaints. We spent over $5,000 on new La-z-boy furniture and we will not make that mistake again."
