"The counter was so confident in the color I needed based on the builder, so I didn't question it. Needed a gray to match the builder color from 2019 and their choice wasn't the right color. Quick service, but annoyed at the wasted $40 "guess" (now I realize) that I was sold on being the correct paint (no option to buy less than a gallon). I suggest they should revise the builder color book or give better advice on color matching like Lowes provides"

"Ordered paint online with no issues. Today I received an email saying the order was cancelled due to not picking up within the 14 day time period which was impossible since it had been one day. I called the store & spoke to Erin to inquire about the issue. She informed me she pushed the wrong button & cancelled the order. I then asked if she could reorder the order for me in her system or over the phone & she then told me she had processed 300 orders today & had people waiting on her so I needed to do it. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and no matter how busy someone is they should not loose their professionalism and helpfulness. Will be re ordering from a different store."
