"Very unwilling to be understanding. Doesn’t work well with clients at all. Admin is rude and unprofessional. Be careful, they charge and provide no grace if you cancel 23 hours prior to an appointment. If your child goes there and is over 14, they only want to talk to the parent when it’s convenient for them. Rigid and harsh in working with their clients."
