"My mother was a patient of Dr. Hankins for years. We moved away and back in town again to live. The last two visits she saw the nurse practitioner. This nurse practitioner was very rude on her last appointment. I had plan to go into the office with her but she waited me to wait in the car. When my mom came out in tears I was very upset. The nurse practitioner had accused her of over taking pills and that they would not see her anymore. My 84-year-old mother has scroll Liosis of the spine and does not abuse pills and this nurse practitioner needs to be more considerate to the patients. So if you plan to use this office I hope you will go back with your love ones if they will let you. I would say the nurse practitioner needs to be more kind to her patients!!!! needless to say my mother will not be going back."

"Great Doctor! Caring and informative. Always a pleasure to deal with. Have never had a prolong wait past my appointment time, maybe 15 min at most. Staff is equally as friendly, as in professional and have in my experience never been rude or short. Would recommend."

"At first he tries to act like he cares and acts like he is doing everything he can and when you tell him that you are still having pain and what he is trying isnt working he says there is nothing more he can do for you and releases you from his care and on the paperwork says you are fully healed when you really are not. These doctors that are in the insurance companies back pockets are ridiculous and it causes more problems. I am very unsatisfied and highly aggravated that people only care about the money instead of doing there job and helping people"

He is professional and really wants to help his patients live a more comfortable life. So many in this field are just here to see you and collect from the insurance or are so arrogant they fail to see a person with real needs. I have seen over 12 specialist in the past 18 years and I can only report good things about Dr. Hankins. He is no nonsense when it comes to "drugs", which I appreciated not being pressured to take medications that I know won't help a thing except to line the pockets of others.
