"I was scheduled for an appointment. I called and received an appointment date and time. I showed up and the receptionist stated I didn't have an appointment and she didn't know who I spoke to. It was her cause I recognized her voice. When i said it was her, she made a face and scoffed. I filled out paperwork and was told to have my employers call her.I made phone calls to my employers and got what I needed. I made a call back to the office to have the same receptionist saying that my employers were supposed to call her and she didn't know what I was talking about. I decided not see this therapist on account of her receptionist. I called my employers to let them know I wasn't planning on seeking help thru this therapist and I would be looking elsewhere."
