"Don't let brokers fool you that they have gotten better, this place is as slow as ever. 3 hours to get loaded. Gave them another chance after blacklisting them, back on the blacklist they go. Appointment system or not, they need to book no more than a truck per hour because that's about as many as they can handle."
"Located in a residential neighborhood so room is limited. Parking can get right . Office employees are good and yard guys are efficient enough . Been to MUCH worse places . Don’t expect your appointment time to be a guarantee of fast offload . But don’t be late , they will drop you to low priority."
"This place is sooo much better now to come too than it was a year ago. All new office staff and they are friendly unlike the previous office lady. Trucks are now by appointment rather than trucks just piling in on these guys and overloading them. My loading was done and i was out in under a hour from time i signed in. Cant ask for any better than that! Hope to do more work with these people."
