"one of their truck drivers swerved to one side and hit a beam between the loading docks causing substantial building damage. The driver admitted fault, gave us copies of his license and insurance. The insurance company admitted fault and agreed to cover the damage but delayed for two years then refused to pay which required us to sue. Their attorneys have tried dirty tricks to avoid paying but they haven't succeeded and we will get them in court soon finally. I suggest that you do not use this trucking company under any circumstances."
