"Long story short. HUNTER WISE- ACCOUNT MANAGER of MONTGOMERY LOGISTICS. Booked a load with him; $700 for a short run. Arrived on site at noon, the shipper said the load is not gonna be ready, but in 2-3 hours. Advised the broker, he assured me the detention is going to be paid. At around 5pm, i let the broker know again. He said we can leave or we can wait until it's ready, but detention will be paid. We chose to wait. We ended up loading at 9pm. Next morning, after the load has been delivered, he threw $50 saying the customer is not going to pay anything. It is a waste of time and money and disrespectful. Please avoid Hunter Wise. PS: I highly recommend to work with Tommy McGowan, he is a cool guy."
