But, with her help we were able to verify it was just a simple issue of not having her insurance information in their system. Jigna helped us so much and this helped us realize the other Wal-Mart pharmacy in Jasper actually charged her out of pocket cost without even so much of a mention of no insurance. Brian was so helpful as well. Even though my mother and father live far away from this location I want to transfer all their prescriptions here. "I turned in a prescription early (almost two weeks) to make sure they had time to process it and to make sure they ordered it and had it in stock. Of course on the day I go to pick it up, like we had discussed, they did not have it ready or in stock. When I dropped it off I specifically asked if it would be ready and in stock when I come back in a week and a half. She said yes it would be. Nope. Complete waste of my time."
