"No one wanted to help. Man asked when I walked in can I help you find something? I said I need a mattress. He pointed to the back of the store and said there back there. He never got off his butt. I went to look and had several questions but no one came back to assist me. I'm old and heavy and after 15 minutes went back to the front and seen him with another family talking. A lady said the mattresses are sold individually or in sets but never said are you interested. So sorry Baileys get better sales people. No one was in the store when I arrived so no excuse for poor service. You lost a sale."
"Nice little furniture store that will negotiate on the retail price if you have a larger order. They have a 90 day finance plan and you dont need to worry about credit. Great selection of sectional sofas or a multiple piece set with reclining options. They have a nice selection of tables and chairs for the dining room or coffee tables. If you need a lift chair to get up easier they have those as well. The staff was very helpful getting the right furniture per your decor at home"
"Everyone was very helpful and knew how to answer our questions. During their tent sale we seemed to get pretty great deals on what we needed. They were a little busy but made time for us without rushing. Some less expensive options available in a place that also sells upscale furniture."
"As soon as I walked in I was helped right away. Everyone was very nice. The layout was nice. That's about the only things that are good. They barely gave me enough time to really look around before rushing me into their office, and before I knew it I was getting a bed on Thursday. I felt more guilt than happiness. Then I found the same mattress for $200 less. They did not inform me of the refund policy until after I bought the mattress and it was too late. So now I'm a college student with $750 in store credit that is almost useless because everything in the store is over $200, and I don't need any of it. I need my money back. So I have no idea what I am going to do. They will not be getting any more of my business."
