"As we entered the store, we were greeted by Staci. We came in looking for recliners. Staci let us try several recliners each with a different manufacture. Staci was NOT pushy. Staci was friendly, knowledgeable, & competent of all her items. She was quick to answer all our questions. Staci was great. Our delivery men were Al & Kennedy, they were also very competent, respectful and on time. They did a fine job. Thank you for GREAT service from beginning to end!! Great experience."

"Edited after they got in contact with the person the recliner was gifted to and saw it was a manufacturer defect. I personally am done with this company because they only cared about their services after seeing a 1 star review on Facebook, they didn't care before that when they were called 3 times the same day it was delivered. Sold us a recliner that wouldn't recline. Made no effort to warn us about a no return policy. I'm only giving 2 stars now because they fix it by letting the person it was gifted to get a new recliner and gave an in store certificate for the extra money that wasn't used on the new recliner."
"We were very happy with the service. They were very friendly and professional. We walked in and bought two chairs and were able to get them the very same day. Workers were very professional and got the job done very quickly. We feel that we got good value for our money."
