"Prices have gone up tremendously since the last time I even went into an Ollie's. Only had 2 cashiers open on a busy Saturday morning with the one having her light off. I only left with one thing that was just under 2 dollars. Otherwise, I didn't find anything or the things I did find were just too expensive."
"They don't always have all of exactly what I'm looking for, (I typically don't leave home unless I need several items). However, with only 1 exception, the personnel have always been helpful & pleasant."

"I've been to several Ollie's before and have always had a good experience. This was my first time to this Ollie's and it will be my last. I went to walk in the store and an employee asked if I had a card. I said no do you need a card to get in this store? He said I could come with him and get signed up. I said no thank you and left. He never said why I needed a card or what it was for and obviously didn't care that I left. If I need to register to shop here I won't be back no other Ollie's I've ever been to refused entry to the store without a card, nor have I ever had to use a card at other Ollie's to make a purchase. Lots of other stores in this area I walked into the store nearby and bought my purchases there instead. Perhaps this is a new policy I can't see it only being for this store but if it is a new policy I won't be returning to any Ollie's."
"Very good store. Short on help, lot of full boxes on floor. Getting help from another store, more merchandise than local employees could handle. So sad, still my favorite go- to store. Good prices , great service and wonderful people. Always there and very helpful."
