"Such a simple but well kept park. Jackson creek is accessible to explore. A super nice trail that also leads to Alcott park. I would say fun for all ages. Playground is nice up to a certain age. Swings are nice and have ♿️ accessibility. Safe family friendly neighborhood."

"I am a big fan of Sherwood Oaks Park! I live nearby so it is a super convenient walking loop for me, but they also have great parking. I love that there is always activity in the park and I usually get to see wildlife on my walks too!"
"Sherwood Oaks is cool. Tucked away in a NIMBY area, if you can drive to the parking lot or live in the neighborhood, it's great! Parking is limited, but there's a nice little playground, tennis AND handball courts, a basketball court, and plenty of wild area to wander through (not to mention the trail that connects multiple parks!)! Pretty much an A from me! It'd be an A+ if there was a nice, shaded area to sit while watching the kiddos (it's just a single picnic table and some benches without much shade)."
