"Went here because I heard they are good at matching colors. I took a chunk of my wall. They mixed the paint and sent me on my way. I bought a gallon specifically to touch up nail holes throughout a rental house I’m moving out of. I touched up all the spots we filled in and went back the next day and the paint is a shade lighter than the walls after it dried. I called the store. Their solution…..paint the whole wall. Or come back and try again with no guarantee and pay for another gallon. Not a fan and won’t be back."

"Today I called and talked to Tim. He was so helpful in making recommendations for painting my porch. Our new wood porch was just completed yesterday, and he told me to do a 'water test' and if the water doesn't soak in then it's really not ready to be painted or stained. He said let it weather for a few months and try the water test again, and when the water starts to soak in it will be ready for paint/stain. I appreciated his honesty and that he actually cared about me getting the job done right, and not just selling me something. This is the second time I have called on something like this, and they are always as helpful as can be and so knowledgeable. Much appreciated!!!!"

"They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Over the years I have learned just getting a can of paint didn't mean it would look good when I went to put it on the wall. Nor did I ever get the right amount. If you ask the advice of the folks at Sherwin Williams, they will recommend the type of rollers and brushes that work well with the type of paint you have chosen. Thus minimal waste, and a beautiful result."
