"Went to this place for pick up appointment was for 3:00 pm checked in at 2:50 pm and then they said will call. now is 5:30 pm still waiting and I went to ask in shipper office what’s wrong then they said this place is first come first service and 3 trucks still ahead of you each truck takes like 1 and half hours that mean they will load me around midnight and it took around 8 to 9 hours for loading bring your food no restrooms"
"Don’t ever try to pick up a load from here u will waste your time and fuel for waiting check in 5pm and now it’s 922pm and I’m still in the line and don’t know how long it will take you to pick up a load"
"Truck drivers avoid this place. They are WORSE then the reviews. Took 11 hours to get loaded. There last truck was scheduled at 5pm. As of 1:40am they are still loading trucks. So they needed an entire second shift to get the trucks loaded they scheduled for 1 shift. Complete lack of respect for drivers."
