"If i could give zero stars i would. After he finished installing it didnt take long to realize how bad of a job he did. None of the flooring matched up around our kitchen cabinets. Damaged furniture and did not tell us, Damaged our stairs. We didn't get notified that he was using items out of our garage that were purchased for other areas of the house..it was not worth the hassle to get back in touch with him! Would never in a million years recommend him or helper Matthew Reynolds."

"He destroyed and caused damage to a friend's home he was hired to install flooring. She shared pictures for proof in a post below. He also took the time to block her Facebook friends from his business page so we cannot leave reviews or view his page. This scammer needs to be shut down!"

"He is a con. A liar. A scam. We paid him half up front. Now that he is ‘finished’ … that word used loosely, we are now left to pay to have almost 2000 sq ft of flooring taken up and new put down properly. I would be lying if that was all we were dealing with. We are not only out the cost to have it removed and new put down PROPERLY but he caused $6300 worth of damages to our home tearing out and installing the floor. Broken interior window. Broken door frames. Broken doors. Broken trim. Broken tile around custom shower. Broken stairs. A front door that barely opens from a shoddy leveling job he did at entry way using concrete used for setting fence posts. Large gapping areas around showers and bathtubs that he TRIED to cover with chalking tape. And the list goes on. He had NO business taking on our beautiful home. We sit out the $5000 we paid him up front. And now almost $20000 to have it torn out, new put down and all the damages repaired. He claimed to have insurance and committed to starting a claim for us. Not only has his insurance company not contacted us, when I tried to reach out to him again, he shut down his business page on Facebook AND changed his cell phone number. He claims to be a Christian. A Veteran. A man of integrity. I believed it. Now I am doubting it all. I am sure he sleeps just fine despite any of our truths and his spoken untruths while we sit in debt for a project we waited six years to have done. Update with photos. Everyone has asked. Why did you have to take up the new flooring The House Doctor put in. Well. Besides the thousands of dollars worth of damages done to our home, the floor never felt right. It WASN’T right. What you see are the ‘presents’ he left under the flooring to HIDE and try to fill in the damages done to the surfaces the flooring was going down on top of (random pieces of flooring and chips to fill in the holes he created) as well as some of his ‘finish’ work and the damages we could see right away when he was finished. Our foyer. Custom ZINN kitchen cabinets. Trim. Door frames. Window. These are just the tip of the iceberg. How do you like that finish work to ‘hide’ the damage to our custom shower? Chalking tape? And for good measure. His trail of blood up my staircase? And when they were finished, he had the nerve to assume we were happy and wanted to come take pictures. Well, Roger. Here’s your pictures. Post these and see how many customers you rack up."

"It has been over 5 months and "The House Doctor" has promised us over and over again that he would come and fix the problem we have had with the job he did. We have been very patient and understanding with his life circumstances and have taken time off work several days to meet him at our home only for him not to show up. I can't understand why he won't fix our stairs when he has agreed to do this for us and we have paid him. I really believe he is a nice guy but he just continues to lead us on and not show up. I just want to share this so that others in Logansport do not experience the same frustrations we have. I am NOT one to normally post this sort of stuff on Facebook but it's not fair for people to have to go through what he has put us through..."

"We are not perfect but with over 600 likes from current and past customers it's obvious we do try to please. COVID has proven trying with our business as it has been with a lot of businesses in obtainining materials from time to time in being delayed for delivery, however, things are turning around and business is great. Check out our business page and you will find over a thousand pictures of our previous installs for both individual homes, rental properties, and other businesses such as restaurants etc."
