"Communication was terrible when purchasing my hot tub. Tried a couple times to get the electric panel from the store which put the electrician behind schedule and then the hot tub was installed with no instructions on how to use. Paid for the hot tub cover lift when I paid for the hot tub which was over a month ago. I would have thought someone would have to come to the house ahead of time and make sure where the hot tub was being installed and be prepared. Now the cover lift is on back order because it needs to be shorter than what they ordered for my tub. I have asked for my money back so I can purchase my own and basically I was told not unless where they ordered it will cancel there order. And it is very difficult to have anyone call you back when you leave a message."
