"Great family business! They stand behind their work!! We stumbled across Artizan Flooring while driving through Plymouth and ended up using them for a whole house recarpet job a couple years ago. They are super to work with and very accommodative the whole way through. As it turned out, the carpet we chose did not wear well in our high traffic family room and began crushing and staining early on. When Artizan ran into trouble obtaining a warranty re-do on the job thru the manufacturer (which should have happened), Rick & Amber stood behind the product themselves and willingly recarpeted that part of our home without the support of the manufacturer!! They were so pleasant to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased and would have good carpet for years to come. Highly recommend them!"

"Looking for the best of the best in flooring and installation? Then look no further. Seriously. Rick and his team refloored our entire home with vinyl plank and carpet. This was no easy task due to what was already installed with added subflooring height differences. They tore out all the old stuff and evened out the floors. New baseboard, door trim, door jambs, etc... had to be installed as a result. They conquered it all with professional expertise. We are very pleased with the all the work they've done!
