As a small company we have never been treated different from anyone at the Plymouth branch… they treat us with the same respect as the big guys. We try to purchase all of our equipment at Mid-City, however, every now and then we are forced to purchase from another company and all that does is make us want to purchase from Mid-City even more. "Mid City themselves are okay but I would not recommend dealing with ordering from Yvonne she tells to many wishy washy things to get an order I had several issues with her and I should have got refunded $60.00 for shipping but because of how she wrote invoice they would not refund me. Said they would check into it and let me know never heard back. Glad I dont need to deal with her anymore>>I recommend looking elsewhere."
