"The associates are always nice. Some of the prescriptions are more expensive then other pharmacies. Overall my experiences with CVS have always been good. Sometimes I have to be sure all my discounts have been applied at checkout or I would have not gotten them without asking the clerk."

"WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Several doctors offices have said this particular location is the worst they've ever dealt with! Pharmacy will say the doctor never called in but not true- they just don't answer their phone so doc has to leave voice mail and they never check their messages- I guess it's easier to wrongfully blame the doctor. If you can use any other pharmacy in Trussville, GO ELSEWHERE!! They absolutely refuse to EVER answer their phone. I've been on hold now for over half an hour and still no one has even picked up- I'm having to leave home and drive to the store now just to speak to someone. This is insane! And please understand- this happens when there is not one single customer at the Pharmacy so they are not busy helping other people... they are just completely ignoring the ringing phone. They really don't care if you're in pain or sick...they just do NOT care!"
