"I ordered around 5pm, was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:27, was not ready the first time we came at 5:30, so we went back and my fiancé waited over 30 minutes just to realize when we got home that they didn't put in our fries, a third of our order. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning back, as this is not the first incident."

"We waited for 25 minutes after ordering to receive our food. At that point, we demanded a refund. Priority went to the door dashers. Not a positive experience at all. Will not return to this particular location."
