Taco Bell

"So, I want to like this Taco Bell, I really do. The night staff is Phenomenal! That is the only reason I'm not giving lower than 3 stars. Last week though we were there for dinner 4-5PM, the parking lot was not full and not a car in the drive through either. We ordered on the app. Every single thing we got was made wrong or was so skimpy it was just like eating a plain tortilla shell. We ordered extras which were not on any of the food. It was just an overall bad experience. However, we had it again last night around 11:30PM. Same exact order down to the extras and every single thing was hot, fresh, and made correctly. We thanked them for such a good experience and let them know about the previous experience we had had. I'm not just trying to call anyone out either because I've worked fast food and know that things happen but this was not the first time we've had this experience at this location. Which is why I wrote such a lengthy review."

"Enjoyed our meal on a road trip last fall. We use the kiosk to order because it's simple to display vegetarian items. The serving area and dining area were both clean and well-organized. Restrooms needed a little attention (mainly restocking). Our food was exactly as ordered in terms of ingredients, but I thought portions were sparse on burritos and cheesy potatoes. Otherwise, standard fare for the chain."

"Had to order from kiosk. Hire more people. Food cold. Dirty tables. All they want to do is keep drive thru happy. Sorry sorry how taco bell has gone down hill. It could be a great place to eat but we may have to move on to another resturant"

"This Taco Bell location has consistently provided excellent service for me - among the best franchise locations that I've visited. Their food prep is done well and the staff is knowledgeable on current specials. Orders are never perfect all the time, but the staff has promptly went above and beyond to make things right to give me a positive experience. During my time in Columbus, the Jonathan Moore Pike location has impressed me the most, and I plan to be back when I quiero more Taco Bell."

"Food was good. No complaints. Would like to get the amount sauce I ask for though.. the workers act like it comes out of their paychecks and they can only give 5 per order. I eat 1 packet per bite and 5 don't cut it when I get 4 tacos and a big burrito. That's at every tacobell not singling this one out. Come up off those sauces tacobell. Especially since the menu is half a days pay now. It's the least you can do."
