"My experiences with past OB’s were not the best. The long waiting only to be seen for 5 minutes seemed like the norm after having 4 children. Now that I am expecting my 5th I thought this OB appointment would be the same but boy was I wrong. The moment I walked in I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office and the front office lady was beyond kind. The ultrasound technician was lovely and ensured that I was comfortable through the ultrasound procedure thank you for that! Then I was seen by the kindest nurse who took the time to ask me questions and share some wisdom that made my heart melt. Dr. Jessica Jones you sealed the deal on this wonderful experience by taking the time to get to know me and not just my pregnancy. You took down notes asked me questions and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions as well. You took an enormous weight off my shoulders by listening and truly being present. Thank you to all the staff members in this office you are all doing such an amazing job. And just a little shout out to the nurse that drew my blood I’m glad we could make each other laugh!"
