"Such a fun bar and so cute! If you get a chance to take one of the monthly classes - SO worth it!!! Tapas were delicious, drinks were amazing, and they make it such a fun experience!!!"
"I promise, this place has some of the best drinks in town and if your visiting town, this is a hidden GEM. If you do not come here, then you're missing out..the drinks are full of flavor and the tapas are to die for. My friend Safiya has some of the best service and bartending skills, hands down..she is so good she competes in regional bartending competitions. If you want great service and a semi-romantic setting, boasting the cleanest bar bathroom and great tapas this is the place. Tell them Joe sent you."
"I attended the vodka, pisco, tequila cocktail class tonight and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is spectacular and the drinks were delicious and so beautiful! Before booking the class I reached out to see if they could accommodate my gluten allergy with the offered tapas and they did! I also mentioned I hated mayonnaise and they omitted that for me too! It was a spectacular experience and I am so thankful that Sage made my night so special. The little things really add to such an amazing experience! Get a spot in the next cocktail class! You will not regret it!"
"Love, love, love this spot in Downtown Fairhope! Very cozy inside, smaller groups are a little easier to manage. But the outside courtyard is also equally accommodating. Very trendy decor inside, love the boxwood wall for photo opportunities. The drinks and tapas are so expertly handcrafted and amazing! The food is so fresh and made from scratch, literally just melts in your mouth. The spicy margarita (pictured) is delightful and very smooth. This is definitely a hot spot for date night!"
"Love the ambience and romantic coziness of this place. Owner is always friendly and bartender was very accommodating. Tapas looked great and smelled fantastic. They just need a little more selection of Rum. (not everyone likes spicy rum)."
